The project "Copyright Policy of the library and other cultural institutions" meets the educational, informational and regulatory needs arising from both the reforms taking place in Bulgarian higher education system and in the Bulgarian cultural institutions first and on the other hand the interest of the scientific community on issues related to digital presentation of the cultural and historical heritage and the exchange of scientific information.
